Earn with Gish
Two ways to make money on your wishlist.
Most platforms pick one. Gish lets you stack both. A retail-affiliate engine for what your followers buy, and a subscription engine for what your fans support. Open to anyone with a Gish account — no follower minimum to start.

Programs
Commission on what your followers buy
When someone you sent to Gish gifts through one of your wishes, you earn a cut. Four tiers. The more reach you bring, the higher the take. Three of four are free; the top tier is paid.
- Standard10% · free
- Brand Ambassador15% · 10k+ followers · free
- Influencer20% · 100k+ followers · free
- Creator25% · $29/mo · 14-day trial
Monthly payouts · sales clear ~60 days after the sale month (30-day refund window + 30-day network reconciliation). Example: June sales pay by end of August. Minimum payout $25.
Path B · subscriptions
Patron
Recurring fan subscriptions to your wishlist
Your most loyal followers subscribe monthly at tiers you set ($5, $15, $50, custom). Funds aggregate quarterly. You get the wishes they helped fund — auto-fulfilled from your top items, or you allocate manually.
- Take rate10% · you keep 90%
- Patreon8–12% + processor
- Substack10%
- Twitch50%
Quarterly distribution · paid ~30 days after quarter close. Q1 → late April · Q2 → late July · Q3 → late October · Q4 → late January.
Stack both.
Programs and Patron are independent products — they don't compete for the same dollar. Affiliate revenue comes from your followers who buy items off your wishes. Patron revenue comes from fans who subscribe to support the wishlist itself. A creator with 50k followers can realistically run Standard tier ($10/mo of passive affiliate) AND 80 patrons at $10/mo ($720/mo subscription income, net of Gish's 10%).

Frequently asked.
Why so long to get paid on Programs?
Because the affiliate networks pay us on NET-30 to NET-60 terms — and there's a 30-day return window during which a sale can reverse. We don't pay creators on commissions we haven't been paid for yet. June sales clear by late August.
Can I run both Programs and Patron at the same time?
Yes. They're separate products. Most creators will. They reach different parts of your audience — shoppers vs. supporters.
What's the take on Patron vs Programs?
Patron is a flat 10% to Gish. Programs is inverse — you keep 10–25% of what would otherwise go entirely to the retailer. Both are competitive vs every other platform we benchmarked.
How do you handle refunds and chargebacks?
For Programs: a return during the 30-day window reverses the commission before it ever clears, so you never see it in your balance. For Patron: refunds inside the same quarter are pulled from that quarter's pool before distribution; refunds across quarters net against the next payout.
Do I need an LLC?
No, but you'll need a tax form on file (W-9 for US, W-8BEN for international) to receive payouts above $600 lifetime. If you cross $5,000 lifetime, we issue a 1099-K per IRS 2026 rules.
What happens if I never reach the $25 payout minimum?
Balances roll forward indefinitely. There's no expiration. We'll send a year-end note if you have an unreached balance for tax-record purposes.
