How does booking work?

Find a vendor you like, message them through Gish, request a custom quote if you want one, then pick a package and lock the date with a deposit. The deposit goes into Stripe-managed escrow.

Is my deposit safe?

Yes. Stripe holds the funds. If a vendor cancels without 30+ day notice, you're refunded automatically within 5 business days. Vendor-side disputes go through our resolution team.

What if a vendor I love isn't on Gish yet?

Refer them — we'll handle the outreach. If they sign up, you get a $100 credit toward your booking. Every vendor onboarded through couple-referral is automatically fast-tracked through verification.

Does Gish charge a fee on top?

No couple-side fees. Vendors pay 7% on completed bookings (vs. 15-25% on most marketplaces). No subscription, no listing fees, no boost-to-the-top scams.

Can I book multiple vendors at once?

Yes. Build out your team page and request bookings in parallel. One signed contract per vendor, one consolidated dashboard for you.

What happens if the vendor and I disagree about the result?
