Names, services, prep order. Gish allocates artist-minutes per person so the bride finishes last, on schedule, with buffer.
Backwards-plan from ceremony
Ceremony at 3pm minus a 30-minute buffer means makeup ends at 2:30. We work backwards from there across as many artists as the timeline needs.
Book parallel artists
Glamsquad sends 2–4 priority artists to the hotel. Marketplace fallback through Vagaro / StyleSeat / MindBody. Arrivals all confirmed the day before.

8–20% per booking depending on partner. Glamsquad's on-location premium runs 17%. MindBody wellness 10–14%. Guests pay the standard list price the artist or salon publishes.
No markup on what you book. The supplier honors the same price they would on their own site — Gish is paid by the partner for routing the booking and consolidating it into your Occasion timeline.
